These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the access to and use of the razer888 online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and associated services accessible at https://razer888.cam (the "Platform"). razer888 is operated by its international licensing entity (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion, you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement, as well as all supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the razer888 Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is not intended for persons under 21. The Company strictly enforces this age requirement and may request identity documentation at any time.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or subject to any active exclusion order related to problem gambling.
• You must be the sole and legitimate owner of any payment method used to fund your Account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or operating the Account for commercial gambling purposes.

Each User may register one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether in the same name, a different name, or via different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Upon registration, Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Users must notify the Company promptly of any changes to their registered details.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. The Company may request, at minimum, the following supporting documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 90 days (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank statement; TNB or Telekom bill)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot or statement from the registered DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, or bank account)
• Additional documentation as required by the Company's compliance obligations

The Company processes KYC documents under its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering compliance.

By using the Platform, each User undertakes to comply with the following standards of conduct at all times:

• Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the funding of criminal activities.
• Users must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Users must not attempt to exploit software errors, pricing inefficiencies, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Users must not engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Users must not harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Company staff through any communication channel.
• Users must keep their Account credentials confidential and notify the Company immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account.

A breach of any of the above conduct obligations constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, confiscation of pending withdrawals, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

All Account Wallet Balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

Deposits: Funds deposited into an Account are credited subject to the processing times of the selected payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. The Company does not charge deposit fees, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Once approved, withdrawal processing typically completes within 3 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method and applicable banking processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal.

The Company reserves the right to request that withdrawals be returned to the original deposit method to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Users may not withdraw funds that originate from Bonus Funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

From time to time, razer888 offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times bonus funds must be turned over in qualifying bets before they become withdrawable as real money. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to eligible Users once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once constitutes fraud and will result in all accounts being closed and funds forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire on the date specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from an Account Wallet Balance.
• Abuse: The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse Bonus Funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus terms are being abused, including through arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated bonus exploitation.

All bonus and promotion terms are published in English and are binding. Users are encouraged to read promotion terms fully before opting in to any offer.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, casino games, and other wagering activities on the razer888 Platform:

• All bets are placed at the User's own risk. The Company does not guarantee the outcome of any event or game.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a Bet ID generated, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User. The Company may cancel bets in exceptional circumstances such as obvious pricing errors or event cancellations, in which case the stake will be returned to the User's Wallet Balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Company's records shall be the primary reference. Users may lodge a dispute within 14 days of the relevant event settlement date.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the accepted bet.
• The Company reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and market-specific restrictions at its sole discretion.
• All games use certified random number generation (RNG). The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is occurring:

• A breach of any term of this Agreement or any supplementary policy
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Manipulation of games or betting markets, or collusion with other Users
• A User being under the age of 21

Upon closure of an Account for any of the above reasons, the Company may withhold remaining Wallet Balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an Account is closed for legitimate reasons other than misconduct, the remaining Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completed KYC.

Users may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the Company's support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruption of service beyond the Company's reasonable control
• Any losses sustained through a User's own negligence, including failure to secure Account credentials
• The outcome of any game, bet, or wager made by the User on the Platform
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, FPX, DuitNow, or Touch 'n Go eWallet

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the razer888 name and logo, software, graphics, text, trademarks, game interfaces, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform
• Using the razer888 brand name or logo in any commercial or promotional context without express authorisation

Any unauthorised use of Company intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate Account termination.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of User personal data are governed by the razer888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, razer888 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and management
• Identity verification (KYC) and age verification
• Transaction processing and fraud prevention
• Regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering obligations
• Platform improvement and personalised user experience

razer888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Company provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible via the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the nominated exclusion period.

The governing version of these Terms and Conditions is always the English-language version published at https://razer888.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Company holds its international online gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a User and the Company, Users are encouraged to first contact the Company's support team to seek resolution through the internal complaints procedure. The Company will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 30 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism specified under the Company's licensing jurisdiction.
